That’s always my first question, but my second is - what do you what to remember? You are likely looking to celebrate something special, maybe get engaged, a family event, anniversary, bar mitzvah or... a wedding? Whatever culture or diversity you embrace - you've likely a sense of humour & style and are looking for us to authentically capture emotional memories on camera. You're looking for an uncomplicated photographer / filmmaker & his team to capture people being people - someone you are comfortable with and even might like having around for a whole day...
who am I?
I’m David Nassim (aka fizz) and Ruby Loves Jack is me & my tight team of associate photo & film aficionados, specialised in capturing your experience as naturally as possible. I’m an appointed Sony Professional (see below & Youtube), an accredited member of the Wedding Photojournalistic Association (WPJA), and I work literally anywhere, almost anytime!
And I'm not only a passionate photographer & filmmaker - I actually love people! I grew up between London's (not then so fashionable) East End, having since lived in Bath, Atlanta, New York, Munich & Cologne, I now reside in Berlin's vibrant Kreuzberg!
Again, I love people - especially their unpredictability. And I'll capture you anywhere. In the studio, on the street, at work, at play but best of all - capturing beautiful moments on your special day. My greatest joy is to witness, discretely capture and stylishly present your most intimate and wonderful memories - to ensure you, your partner (& friends or family) will never forget! How do I work? I work efficiently, gracefully, discretely and I'm even told I'm charmingly engaging...
Married to Maria, I have a team of gorgeous children - Ruby-Grace, Millie-Pearl, Marie-Davida & Jack... According to my critics, "David loves life, shoots people, interiors and the occasional horse", am an accomplished film cameraman, creative director & producer, and aim to always have time to cook with my children!

As a native english speaker but for a Brit, surprisingly fluent in German, I'm available for consultations & bookings literally anywhere - more recently I’ve worked across Germany, Spain (Andalusia & Mallorca), Italy (Tuscany, Taormina, Capri, etc), Israel, Finland & the UK.
I actively support a number of pan European charities and foundations especially focussing on children’s well being as well as also mentoring photo & film to up and coming stars. See fizzfoto for my commercial portfolio.

… then I'm the photographer you’re looking for, and we're your team. And don’t worry, whether you have an event planner or not, I liken weddings to being parachuted into often chaotic and sometimes intimate situations - and we love it! And incidentally, if you’re looking for an excellent creative experienced planner, florist, decoration / set builder, performers or location, I’ve had the honour to work with some amazing teams across Europe and I’d be happy to recommend them personally.
